One day, while prototyping our sensory balls, I realized I needed another layer of sensory input to make them more engaging. Then it hit me—plastic cereal bags make the most satisfying crunchy sounds! I decided to experiment by using the material to fill several sections of each ball, and it turned was perfect. The crunchy sound added a delightful sensory experience that kids loved.

Inspired by this success, I began exploring other ways to incorporate plastic cereal bags into our products. This led to the creation of our sensory crinkle paper. By layering the plastic bags inside soft fabric, we developed a product that not only captivates with its texture and sound but also helps us further reduce waste.
